How It Works
ORDER PLACEMENT
The customer, business, or merchant places a bulk or regular order via a local or international supplier’s eCommerce platform. Buffalo receives instruction to commence fulfilment.
ORDER PROCESSING
Buffalo has the capability to manage ecommerce inventory, which may involve picking and packing of orders, or more complex processes for international orders.
GOODS TRANSPORTATION
For international orders, the goods are brought in through a wide network of transportation options, including courier, sea freight and air freight.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
For international orders, Buffalo handles all the logistics around customs clearance, ensuring that goods are channelled through the correct processes.
GOODS DELIVERY
International orders: Once the goods arrive in the South Africa, and are processed by customs, Buffalo takes control of the order and delivers it to the customer.
Local orders: Once the order has been packed, either by the ecommerce business or Buffalo’s warehouse team, we deliver directly to the end user’s doorstep.
GOODS RETURNS
Should a customer wish to return or exchange a product, Buffalo manages all the logistics in line with the supplier or merchant's return policy.
